- Explain their problem as clearly as possible.
- Provide documents promptly.
- Notify us of any difficulty providing documents in order to implement alternative solutions.
- Provide names, working phone numbers and addresses at the beginning of the attorney-client relationship.
- Attempt to return phone calls within one business day.
- Return all phone calls and letters. Otherwise, we may decide to end the relationship with the client.
- Notify the attorney of appointment changes such as location or time.
- Provide accurate insight about how the opposing side feels about the problem.
